Will Tu B’Av (August 3, 2012) be the Rapture of the Church?

It all started 11 1/2 years ago. On January 3, 2001, actually it was already the 4th, at just after midnight, the Spirit of God spoke very clearly to me and said these exact words: “You will be as John the Baptist and will write something that will save millions of people from the deception that is about to take place.” Sometime between then and January 6th, the Lord told me to wait for Him to come on the night of January 6, 2001. I wrote to many people telling them that the Rapture would take place on January 6/7, 2001, because that was what I thought the Lord was telling me. I sat on my couch that night, just talking and listening to the Lord. We were having a wonderful time together and His presence was very strong. At midnight, I began to feel a little sleepy and asked Him how much longer until He came. He said to wait just a little longer. At around 12:10 am my body began to shake violently for I would guess about a minute. Then it stopped just as suddenly as it started. The presence of God was all over me. I asked the Lord what had just happened and His reply was, “Just wait.” About a minute or so later, it happened AGAIN, the violent shaking started for maybe a minute or so, with God’s presence all over me. But this time, it was a little different because on the second shaking, my mouth began to tingle, like the feeling when your foot falls asleep. I asked the Lord why my mouth was tingling like that and He said this, “This represents Isaiah, when He saw me and the coal touched His lips and his sin was atoned for.” Once again, it stopped suddenly after about a minute or so. I asked the Lord, “What were those 2 shakings?” I thought maybe something had happened right at those 2 moments in the world. I really did not understand it at all. The only reply from the Lord was, “Go and study the Feasts.”

That was it. No more revelation or understanding in 11 1/2 years. For over 11 years, I have been trying to understand the meaning of it all, and have been carrying a burden because I know the Lord expects me to write something that will help save millions of people from a coming deception and that it has to do with those 2 shakings. Finally, after 11 1/2 years, I now believe that the Lord has given me the revelation of what it all means. And it all points to the 15th of Av – Tu B’Av 2012 as the Firstfruits Rapture of the Church!

January 6, 2001, at midnight, was exactly 6 days after the New Year’s Celebration. Although the world celebrated the New Millennium the year before, it actually should have been celebrated on January 1, 2001. That was the actual day that ushered in the “New Millennium” on our calendar. The fireworks went off at midnight, just like the fireworks will go off at midnight at the opening of the Olympics ceremony next week. The Lord has been pointing me to this day as it starts the 9th of Av, right as the fireworks are going off. After writing to some people about the Opening Ceremony, I turned on the TV and within 10 minutes, saw these two phrases:

1. When the Games begin
2. Let the games begin

There could be something huge that takes place at that time, or within a day or two, since the 9th and 10th of Av are the saddest days in Jewish history. But, it was 6 days after the fireworks went off at midnight on January 1, 2001, that I had those 2 shakings, again right after midnight. Six days after the 9th of Av is the 15th of Av, which happens to be a Jewish festival day, called Tu B’Av. I will try to explain later how Tu B’Av is a perfect representation of the resurrection of the dead and Rapture of the Church. For now, I will just say that Tu B’Av is a minor feast day and I had only studied the major feasts in Israel. I only learned about this feast yesterday! I believe the reason Tu B’Av is a minor feast for the Jews is because Tu B’Av is for the CHURCH, not so much for the Jews!

OK, back to the 2 shakings. Why did the first shaking not have the “atonement” part with it and the second one did? I believe the 2 shakings represent the 2 Raptures, the first one will be on Tu B’Av 2012 (August 3) and the second one will take place after the Tribulation period on the Day of Atonement. This is why there were 2 separate shakings. The Lord was pointing me to the 2 Raptures. The second one definitely points to the Day of Atonement, because the Lord said it represented “when Isaiah’s sin was atoned for”. The first one points to Tu B’Av, because it is 6 days after the fireworks started at midnight.

The Talmud teaches us that You have not experienced joy until you have experienced the two happiest days of the year: Tu B’Av and Yom Kippur. For those who do not know about Tu B’Av it is a festive day known in Modern Israel as a Yom Ahavah (Day of Love). It is practically a Jewish Valentines Day!

Rabbi Simeon ben Gamliel said there never were in Israel greater days of joy than the 15th of Av and the Day of Atonement. On these days the daughters of Jerusalem used to walk out in white garments that they borrowed in order not to put to shame anyone who had none. For most of us that have been trained in the somberness of Jewish holidays especially Yom Kippur this description seems odd. It seems so incongruous to imagine these days of dancing and joy associated with Yom Kippur. There is a deep similarity between Yom Kippur and Tu B’Av. Whereas Tisha B’Av is the day when [tradition says] God declared that the Jews would wander 40 years in the desert (until the generation that knew slavery died out), Tu B’Av is the day when, 40 years later, the remaining 15,000 Israelites of the desert generation were told they would be able to enter the Promised Land.

OK, back to the part of the Lord telling me I would be as John the Baptist. This has also been a mystery I have been trying to figure out. I am nothing like John the Baptist. What did the Lord mean by that? I think I finally understand that as well. John the Baptist said this, “He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” I believe that John is prophesying here and explaining the beginning of the Church age and the end of the Church age. It all began on Pentecost when they were baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire. It all ends on Tu B’Av, at the END of the wheat harvest and beginning of the grape harvest, when He gathers His wheat into the barn and burns the chaff. This is the harvest time, at the end of the wheat season. The festivals point to the beginning and ending of the harvest seasons:

Firstfruits Feast – firstfruits of barley (Jesus fulfilled)
Pentecost – end of barley season/ firstfruits of wheat (fulfilled on Pentecost when Church age started)
Tu B’Av – end of wheat season/firstfruit of grapes (to be fulfilled at first Rapture of the Church)
Day of Atonement – end of grape season (final Rapture of Tribulation Saints)

Revelation 14 says this:
Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. ² And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps. ³ And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. ⁴ These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among mankind and offered as firstfruits to God and the Lamb. ⁵ No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.

I call these people the “purehearts”. They are redeemed from the earth at the time of the Rapture. Their hearts are pure and they are blameless. The PURE in heart shall see God. They are offered as FIRSTFRUITS. The firstfruits of grapes, or the New Wine, or the New Covenant. It’s at the time of the wheat harvest, the end of the wheat season and beginning of the grape season.

And it’s 4 months after Passover. Jesus said, “Do you not say FOUR MORE MONTHS until the Harvest?” Four months from when? From Passover when He gave His disciples the bread (wheat) and wine (grapes), showing the 2 are connected. It’s the end of the wheat and beginning of the grapes. Four months from Passover is Tu B’Av.

Boaz and Ruth’s wedding is another example of the Rapture/ wedding of the Bride. Boaz represents Jesus as the Kinsman Redeemer and Ruth represents the Church. Ruth 2:14, “And at mealtime Boaz said to her, “Come here and eat some bread and dip your morsel in the wine.” Here we have Boaz (representing Jesus) giving bread and wine to Ruth (the Church). So, when did their wedding take place? Ruth 2:23, “So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.” Ruth stayed with her mother-in-law until the end of the wheat harvest and then left her mother-in-law to live with her new husband Boaz.

One other clue that the Bible gives us is when Paul in 1 Thessalonians and John in Revelation refer to the Rapture as a “mystery”. The Jews refer to Tu B’Av as the most mysterious day of the Jewish calendar.

Another clue from Scripture is this:
Psalm 81:3
Blow the trumpet at the time of the New Moon, At the full moon, on our solemn feast day.

The Jewish people were commanded to blow trumpets on their feast days that fell on a New Moon or Full Moon. The 15th of Av is on a full moon and this is the LAST TRUMPET of the year before the New Year begins for the Jews in September on Rosh Hashanah. Again, Paul mentions the key words, “MYSTERY” and “LAST TRUMPET” in 1 Thessalonians. Either Paul, or God, seems to be pointing us to Tu B’Av by putting these key words in the verses that talk about the resurrection of the dead and rapture of the Church.

Yet ANOTHER clue from Scripture is when Jesus tells us that people will be eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage. There is no day more festive for the Jewish people that then Tu B’Av festival. It is known as the “Day of Love” and similar to Valentine’s Day for us. It is the most common day for the Jewish people to have their wedding on! And it’s the day when the Jewish virgins go out in the fields to dance, wearing WHITE GARMENTS and DANCE and the young men would come looking for a Bride. Does this not sound like the Rapture?!?!?

And then we have the resurrection of the dead! The Jews while wandering in the desert were according to the Midrash commanded by Moses to sleep in their graves as punishment for not believing the spies who were sent to scout out the promised land. The Jews who slept in their graves each year would arise from their graves and discover that 15,000 of the older generation had died in the night. This continued to happen until all of the older generation had died off. Tu B’Av was celebrated because they knew that at long last they were freed from the curse of the grave and free to enter the promised land under the leadership of Joshua. We all know that the name of Jesus is derived from Joshua. I suspect we all are aware that there is a parallel between the promised land and Heaven. The land flowing with milk and honey. Tu B’Av commemorates when all the chosen people rose from their graves alive!

Someone else on the Doves website pointed out that the tribe of Benjamin was allowed to snatch brides on Tu B’Av and that the word snatched in the Septuagint is harpazo (caught up, Rapture)!

We again see in Micah 7, a hint from Scripture as to the timing of the Rapture:

What misery is mine! I am like one who gathers summer fruit at the gleaning of the vineyard; there is no cluster of grapes to eat, none of the early figs that I crave.² The faithful have been swept from the land; not one upright person remains. And then in verse 4, Micah says, “The day God visits you has come, the day your watchmen sound the alarm. Now is the time of your confusion.” In the fruit harvest, the grapes are first to ripen, so the first ripe of the grapes is the time the “good man” disappears from the earth. Micah is as the time of the Summer fruits of the GRAPE HARVESTING of the vineyard, which is the FIRST RIPE GRAPES. The FIRST RIPE GRAPES is the time of the rapture!!!

Here are 2 very interesting articles I found on the internet that point to Tu B’Av as the most symbolic of festivals for the resurrection of the dead and Rapture of the Church:
Matthew 24:38 “For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark”

The 15th of Av is the most mysterious day of the Jewish calendar.
The Talmud tells us that many years ago in ancient Israel, it was the custom that on the 15th of Av “the daughters of Jerusalem would go out in borrowed linen garments… and dance in the vineyards” and “whoever did not have a wife would go there” to find himself a bride. The reason they would wear borrowed linen garments was that – those without nice clothes of their own would not be embarrassed.

The “full moon” of the tragic month of Av is the festival of the Future Redemption.
The 15th of Av this year is August 3, 2012 (Summer time)

The 15th of Av is the day where people were celebrating, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage.

Matthew 24:32-33 “Now learn a parable of the fig tree. When his branch is yet tender and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer (is it rapture?) is nigh: so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near even at the doors”

The harvest times of God of Barley, Wheat, and Fruit are the ones that have prophetic/spiritual significance.The first day of the Barley harvest is when Christ rose being the “First Fruits” of those who slept”, thus making the resurrection of Christ and those that slept the prophetic fulfillment of the Barley. This eliminates the rapture of the bride being the Barley!

Then 50 days later, on the first day of the Wheat harvest, the bride of Christ was born making us the “First Fruits” of the wheat. James 1:18 tells us we are a “kind of First Fruits” of God. There are only 3 types of first fruits in in the harvests…

 

First Fruits of Barley, Wheat, & Grapes…

That is why it says “kind of”, because there are more than one! We, the bride, are the first fruits of the wheat because we were birthed on Pentecost which is when the first fruits of the wheat is harvested!

By scripture, we are clearly the wheat! So, the prophetic fulfillment of the Wheat harvest is only “half done”. Why?

The prophetic fulfillment of the barley harvest took “one second” with the resurrection of Christ and “those that slept”. The prophetic fulfillment of the wheat harvest is two stages….Birth of church & rapture of church!

The church first has to be born, then it takes a couple thousand years to complete the wheat so it can’t be fulfilled in a moment or day!!

So, the first half of the fulfillment of the wheat harvest is the birth of the church. The other prophetic fulfillment of the wheat harvest will be the rapture. So, we have been in the prophetic wheat harvest for 2000 plus years.

So, the prophetic wheat harvest ends with the rapture of the bride.

The last first fruits are those of the grapes. The first fruits of the grape harvest are those that have endure the great tribulation (Wrath of Lamb). The first fruit of the grapes are those that are thrown into the wine-press of his wrath (Wrath of Lamb).

The ending of the entire grape harvest is 3.5 years later on the feast of Atonement, at the seperation of the sheep/goats judgment!!!

As you can see, the bride of Christ is CLEARLY, CLEARLY the first fruit wheat of God. The timing of these agricultural harvest times pattern the “season” they actually occur in the prophetic sense. Now, this only means one thing….

The rapture of the bride of Christ (completion of wheat harvest) will happen the time they end agriculturally…the SUMMER!!!!!!!

Now, to my new insight I hope from the holy ghost….

If you look closely, the beginning and ending of the harvest times are ALL on FESTIVALS!!

Barley harvest beginning – First Fruits/Passover

Barley harvest ending – Pentecost

BOTH HOLIDAYS….

Wheat harvest beginning – Pentecost

Wheat harvest ending – Tu B’Av

BOTH HOLIDAYS….

Grape harvest beginning – Tu B’Av (This is the day when the grape harvest begins in Israel)…

The grape harvest begins when WHEAT harvest ends, just like Wheat harvest begins when Barley harvest ends!!!

If the grape harvest begins on Tu B’Av, then that is when the WHEAT HARVEST ENDS!!!!!!

Then…

Grape harvest begins – Tu B’Av

Then..Grape harvest ends on HOLIDAY AS WELL…

Which would be Atonement!!!!!!!!

All the harvest times begin and finish on HOLIDAYS!!!

The wheat harvest then ends on Tu B’Av…thus the rapture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It says the rapture (good man vanishes) at the “time of the first ripe grapes”. This is when the first ripe clusters of grapes off the tree are cut and this would clearly be the first day the grapes harvest begin…which is “Tu B’Av”.

Ruth married Boaz at end of wheat harvest! So, the rapture is to happen at “end” of wheat harvest…”beginning” of grape harvest which is….

Before I begin with the identity of the beast, I want you to understand the gift that my daughter has.
In the past she told me how the Lord would take her at nights to a place filled with other children and all were seated on the floor, I don’t know if she was taken to the future in the millennium reign or heaven. But either way she said as Jesus was reading the bible to everyone a lifelike movie of the stories of the bible would start playing on her head. From that experience to now she still has this gift. by the way the whole bible was read from start to finish. I asked God if I could share this, and I was given permission or else I would never would of written this.
This verse I believe has to do with my daughter’s experience.

Isaiah 54:13 And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

The last time I read my daughter the bible, she closed her eyes and the bible came to life in her mind, as other times as well. This time I was curious and asked her what she seen when I read this.

Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 20 Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

I told her what do you see when I read this to you. And I saw the beast. She told me I see a man, with light brown skin, and looks like Obama. And when I read this: and the beast was captured, she told me she sees Obama.
How does she know about him? well not to long ago she had a school project about America, and we talked about the leader of that Country, and wrote some info about him. There you have it, as I read the word beast she seen with her gift Obama. And when I read Rev13:14 an image to the beast, she saw a statue of Obama.

Matt 10:26 Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known.

July 2012 Nibiru Poleshift Update: Something is Wrong with the Moon

Search around on the Internet long enough and you’ll start to find out that there’s something wrong with the moon lately. It appears as if the moon is misshapen and has even shifted relative to its old position. It may be that the moon has already undergone a polar shift in 2011 as did the planet Mars. What is causing these shifts to occur?

The man machines? Scientists develop plastic skin that BLEEDS red liquid – and can even heal itself

Robots that ‘bleed’ like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator have come one step closer to reality.

Scientists have created a plastic ‘skin’ that oozes red blood when cut.

It can also ‘heal’ itself, building tiny molecular bridges inside in response to damage.

The red ‘blood’ might sound like a pointless Halloween novelty – but the idea is that the ‘skin’ can warn engineers that a structure such as an aicraft wing has been damaged.

The material could provide self-healing surfaces for a multitude of products ranging from mobile phones and laptops to cars, say researchers.

When cut, the plastic turns from clear to red along the line of the damage, mimicking what happens to skin.

It reacts to ordinary light, or changes in temperature or acidity, by mending broken molecular ‘bridges’ to heal itself.

U.S. scientists told how they created the material at the American Chemical Society’s annual meeting in San Diego, California.

Lead researcher Professor Marek Urban, from the University of Southern Mississippi, said: ‘Mother Nature has endowed all kinds of biological systems with the ability to repair themselves.

‘Some we can see, like the skin healing and new bark forming in cuts on a tree trunk. Some are invisible, but help keep us alive and healthy, like the self-repair system that DNA uses to fix genetic damage to genes.

‘Our new plastic tries to mimic nature, issuing a red signal when damaged and then renewing itself when exposed to visible light, temperature or pH changes.’

The material could flag up damage to critical aircraft structures, said Prof Urban. A decision could then be taken whether to replace the component or ‘heal’ it with a burst of intense light.

Scratches on vehicle fenders could be repaired the same way.
Prof Urban’s team is now working on incorporating the technology into plastics that can withstand high temperatures.

To provide Federal assistance to States and local jurisdictions to prosecute hate crimes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act of 2003’.

SEC. 2. FINDINGS.

Congress makes the following findings:

(1) The incidence of violence motivated by the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability of the victim poses a serious national problem.

(2) Such violence disrupts the tranquility and safety of communities and is deeply divisive.

(3) State and local authorities are now and will continue to be responsible for prosecuting the overwhelming majority of violent crimes in the United States, including violent crimes motivated by bias. These authorities can carry out their responsibilities more effectively with greater Federal assistance.

(4) Existing Federal law is inadequate to address this problem.

(5) The prominent characteristic of a violent crime motivated by bias is that it devastates not just the actual victim and the family and friends of the victim, but frequently savages the community sharing the traits that caused the victim to be selected.

(6) Such violence substantially affects interstate commerce in many ways, including–

(A) by impeding the movement of members of targeted groups and forcing such members to move across State lines to escape the incidence or risk of such violence; and

(B) by preventing members of targeted groups from purchasing goods and services, obtaining or sustaining employment, or participating in other commercial activity.

(7) Perpetrators cross State lines to commit such violence.

(8) Channels, facilities, and instrumentalities of interstate commerce are used to facilitate the commission of such violence.

(9) Such violence is committed using articles that have traveled in interstate commerce.

(10) For generations, the institutions of slavery and involuntary servitude were defined by the race, color, and ancestry of those held in bondage. Slavery and involuntary servitude were enforced, both prior to and after the adoption of the 13th amendment to the Constitution of the United States, through widespread public and private violence directed at persons because of their race, color, or ancestry, or perceived race, color, or ancestry. Accordingly, eliminating racially motivated violence is an important means of eliminating, to the extent possible, the badges, incidents, and relics of slavery and involuntary servitude.

(11) Both at the time when the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments to the Constitution of the United States were adopted, and continuing to date, members of certain religious and national origin groups were and are perceived to be distinct ‘races’. Thus, in order to eliminate, to the extent possible, the badges, incidents, and relics of slavery, it is necessary to prohibit assaults on the basis of real or perceived religions or national origins, at least to the extent such religions or national origins were regarded as races at the time of the adoption of the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

(12) Federal jurisdiction over certain violent crimes motivated by bias enables Federal, State, and local authorities to work together as partners in the investigation and prosecution of such crimes.

(13) The problem of crimes motivated by bias is sufficiently serious, widespread, and interstate in nature as to warrant Federal assistance to States and local jurisdictions.

SEC. 3. DEFINITION OF HATE CRIME.

In this Act, the term ‘hate crime’ has the same meaning as in section 280003(a) of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (28 U.S.C. 994 note).

SEC. 4. SUPPORT FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS BY STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.

(a) ASSISTANCE OTHER THAN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE-

(1) IN GENERAL- At the request of a law enforcement official of a State or Indian tribe, the Attorney General may provide technical, forensic, prosecutorial, or any other form of assistance in the criminal investigation or prosecution of any crime that–

(A) constitutes a crime of violence (as defined in section 16 of title 18, United States Code);

(B) constitutes a felony under the laws of the State or Indian tribe; and

(C) is motivated by prejudice based on the race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability of the victim, or is a violation of the hate crime laws of the State or Indian tribe.

(2) PRIORITY- In providing assistance under paragraph (1), the Attorney General shall give priority to crimes committed by offenders who have committed crimes in more than 1 State and to rural jurisdictions that have difficulty covering the extraordinary expenses relating to the investigation or prosecution of the crime.

(b) GRANTS-

(1) IN GENERAL- The Attorney General may award grants to assist State, local, and Indian law enforcement officials with the extraordinary expenses associated with the investigation and prosecution of hate crimes.

(2) OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS- In implementing the grant program, the Office of Justice Programs shall work closely with the funded jurisdictions to ensure that the concerns and needs of all affected parties, including community groups and schools, colleges, and universities, are addressed through the local infrastructure developed under the grants.

(3) APPLICATION-

(A) IN GENERAL- Each State that desires a grant under this subsection shall submit an application to the Attorney General at such time, in such manner, and accompanied by or containing such information as the Attorney General shall reasonably require.

(B) DATE FOR SUBMISSION- Applications submitted pursuant to subparagraph (A) shall be submitted during the 60-day period beginning on a date that the Attorney General shall prescribe.

(C) REQUIREMENTS- A State or political subdivision of a State or tribal official applying for assistance under this subsection shall–

(i) describe the extraordinary purposes for which the grant is needed;

(ii) certify that the State, political subdivision, or Indian tribe lacks the resources necessary to investigate or prosecute the hate crime;

(iii) demonstrate that, in developing a plan to implement the grant, the State, political subdivision, or tribal official has consulted and coordinated with nonprofit, nongovernmental victim services programs that have experience in providing services to victims of hate crimes; and

(iv) certify that any Federal funds received under this subsection will be used to supplement, not supplant, non-Federal funds that would otherwise be available for activities funded under this subsection.

(4) DEADLINE- An application for a grant under this subsection shall be approved or disapproved by the Attorney General not later than 30

business days after the date on which the Attorney General receives the application.

(5) GRANT AMOUNT- A grant under this subsection shall not exceed $100,000 for any single jurisdiction within a 1 year period.

(6) REPORT- Not later than December 31, 2004, the Attorney General shall submit to Congress a report describing the applications submitted for grants under this subsection, the award of such grants, and the purposes for which the grant amounts were expended.

(7) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS- There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2004 and 2005.

SEC. 5. GRANT PROGRAM.

(a) AUTHORITY TO MAKE GRANTS- The Office of Justice Programs of the Department of Justice shall award grants, in accordance with such regulations as the Attorney General may prescribe, to State and local programs designed to combat hate crimes committed by juveniles, including programs to train local law enforcement officers in identifying, investigating, prosecuting, and preventing hate crimes.

(b) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS- There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.

SEC. 6. AUTHORIZATION FOR ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL TO ASSIST STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Justice, including the Community Relations Service, for fiscal years 2004, 2005, and 2006 such sums as are necessary to increase the number of personnel to prevent and respond to alleged violations of section 249 of title 18, United States Code, as added by section 7.

SEC. 7. PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN HATE CRIME ACTS.

(a) IN GENERAL- Chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

‘Sec. 249. Hate crime acts

‘(a) IN GENERAL-

‘(1) OFFENSES INVOLVING ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN- Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or,

through the use of fire, a firearm, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person–

‘(A) shall be imprisoned not more than 10 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both; and

‘(B) shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined in accordance with this title, or both, if–

‘(i) death results from the offense; or

‘(ii) the offense includes kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill.

‘(2) OFFENSES INVOLVING ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR DISABILITY-

‘(A) IN GENERAL- Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, in any circumstance described in subparagraph (B), willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability of any person–

‘(i) shall be imprisoned not more than 10 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both; and

‘(ii) shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined in accordance with this title, or both, if–

‘(I) death results from the offense; or

‘(II) the offense includes kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill.

‘(B) CIRCUMSTANCES DESCRIBED- For purposes of subparagraph (A), the circumstances described in this subparagraph are that–

‘(i) the conduct described in subparagraph (A) occurs during the course of, or as the result of, the travel of the defendant or the victim–

‘(I) across a State line or national border; or

‘(II) using a channel, facility, or instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce;

‘(ii) the defendant uses a channel, facility, or instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce in connection with the conduct described in subparagraph (A);

‘(iii) in connection with the conduct described in subparagraph (A), the defendant employs a firearm, explosive or incendiary device, or other weapon that has traveled in interstate or foreign commerce; or

‘(iv) the conduct described in subparagraph (A)–

‘(I) interferes with commercial or other economic activity in which the victim is engaged at the time of the conduct; or

‘(II) otherwise affects interstate or foreign commerce.

‘(b) CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT- No prosecution of any offense described in this subsection may be

undertaken by the United States, except under the certification in writing of the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General, the Associate Attorney General, or any Assistant Attorney General specially designated by the Attorney General that–

‘(1) he or she has reasonable cause to believe that the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability of any person was a motivating factor underlying the alleged conduct of the defendant; and

‘(2) he or his designee or she or her designee has consulted with State or local law enforcement officials regarding the prosecution and determined that–

‘(A) the State does not have jurisdiction or does not intend to exercise jurisdiction;

‘(B) the State has requested that the Federal Government assume jurisdiction;

‘(C) the State does not object to the Federal Government assuming jurisdiction; or

‘(D) the verdict or sentence obtained pursuant to State charges left demonstratively unvindicated the Federal interest in eradicating bias-motivated violence.

‘(c) DEFINITIONS- In this section–

‘(1) the term ‘explosive or incendiary device’ has the meaning given the term in section 232 of this title; and

‘(2) the term ‘firearm’ has the meaning given the term in section 921(a) of this title.’.

(b) TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENT- The analysis for chapter 13 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

‘249. Hate crime acts.’.

SEC. 8. DUTIES OF FEDERAL SENTENCING COMMISSION.

(a) AMENDMENT OF FEDERAL SENTENCING GUIDELINES- Pursuant to the authority provided under section 994 of title 28, United States Code, the United States Sentencing Commission shall study the issue of adult recruitment of juveniles to commit hate crimes and shall, if appropriate, amend the Federal sentencing guidelines to provide sentencing enhancements (in addition to the sentencing enhancement provided for the use of a minor during the commission of an offense) for adult defendants who recruit juveniles to assist in the commission of hate crimes.

(b) CONSISTENCY WITH OTHER GUIDELINES- In carrying out this section, the United States Sentencing Commission shall–

(1) ensure that there is reasonable consistency with other Federal sentencing guidelines; and

(2) avoid duplicative punishments for substantially the same offense.

SEC. 9. STATISTICS.

Subsection (b)(1) of the first section of the Hate Crimes Statistics Act (28 U.S.C. 534 note) is amended by inserting ‘gender,’ after ‘race,’.

SEC. 10. SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of this Act, an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this Act, the amendments made by this Act, and the application of the provisions of such to any person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.

New Hate-Crimes Law To Make True Christianity Illegal in America

A new law has passed the US Senate and awaits US House approval that would essentially outlaw Biblically conservative, fundamental Christianity. The new law would prohibit “hate-speech” sermons and teaching that is negative towards any race, religion, sexual gender or “sexual orientation,” should a Christian, whether a layperson or an ordained minister speak out and teach against homosexuality, abortion, adultery, or any other doctrinal issues that the Federal government might decide to rule as a hate crime.

Yes, you read that correctly. America’s lawmakers are putting the final touches on a new law that would outlaw the Bible and make the historic, fundamental doctrines of Christianity a crime. No longer would a minister be able to preach or teach from the pulpit anything negative about any sexual activity or anything that would be perceived as “hateful incitement.”

This legislative move will eventually constrict all doctrines and the historic dogmas including:

#1. the central dogmatic tenet that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for the sins of the world.

#2. as a substitutionary atonement for which salvation from eternal damnation can be achieved.

#3. by a freely offered gift from God through faith alone.

#4. and not by human efforts.

In other words, the Christian doctrines of salvation will also eventually be ruled as a “hate crime.”

So what new law are we talking about?
US Senate bill S. 933 proposed by the Illuminist Senator Edward Kennedy of Massachussetts as S. 966 in 2003 was indeed stopped in 2003 but in the summer of 2004 it was quietly inserted into a Senate defense spending bill and hidden inside a bundle of legislation. The bill just passed in the US Senate by a vote of 65 to 33 is called the: Local Law Enforcement Enhancement Act (S. 933), a pro-homosexual hate crimes bill. It now goes to the House of Representatives for final approval. This bill has also been identified as Senate bill, S. 966

This new law, if it is enacted as it now appears will happen, will give the federal government wide powers and discretion to go after the true body of believers in Jesus Christ and at the least “persecute” Christians. Most likely it will be used as a threat to turn Churches into adopting a new Babylonian religion of quasi-Christianity that will become a 1-world religion, or at least that is the plan. We suspect that God will have something to say about this, in a judgment upon America, The Babylon.

For those churches and believers who will stand up and noisily oppose the new law by attempting to assert their right of “free speech,” such churches and individual Christians will likely find themselves under arrest and ultimately at some future point labeled a “terrorist” against society and be dispatched to concentration camps much like the Guantanamo camp for Al Qaeda terrorists. At some future point, we can expect that Christians who don’t conform and instead speak out and commit “hate-crimes” speech will be arrested and become part of the prison camp system to eventually be executed at a still later time as an enemy of the “state” or an enemy of humanity i.e. religious “terrorists.” They will make no distinction between an Al Qaeda terrorist and a conservative, fundamentalist Baptist, Pentacostal, Presbyterian, Charismatic, Non-Denominational, Indepen-dent, Lutheran – Missouri Synod, and other conservative, Protestant church groups. You may even see a few Catholics committed to the prison camps for elimination also.

Many conservative premillennial, pretribulation, conservative, Bible prophecy students and scholars have decried the claims of a few fellow biblical prophecy scholars and students who’ve argued that America is Mystery Babylon and not Iraq or the Roman Catholic Church.

The RCC or Iraq = Mystery Babylon proponents have used the argument that Mystery Babylon kills the saints and the righteous people of the Earth (see Revelation 17: 6 & 18:20, 24 & 19:2). Those who oppose the theory that the USA is Babylon try to claim that America has never done that and thus can not be the Mystery Babylon.

We would argue against such false conclusions from two strong points.

#1. We can assert that America already is and has slaughtered millions of innocent victims. The wholesale death of the American Indians by US forces from the 1700’s forward along with all of the aborted babies. The of course we assert that the US leadership (Illuminati leaders) ordered fellow Illuminist, Adolf Hitler and his “illuminated” Nazi’s to kill the Jews and create the Holocaust of World War II. In addition to that, US leaders ordered fellow IlluministJoe Stalin to purge Russia of not just Jews but also millions of Christians during the 1930’s, 40’s and 50’s. But that’s not all, these same Illuminist leaders also ordered Illuminist Mao Tse-Tung and his Red Chinese army to slaughter up to as many as 70 million innocent men, women and children, of whom many were Chinese Christians.

It means that truly, once again, only America at the present moment fits all of the written character traits of Mystery Babylon Bible Prophecies.

If the Bible Prophecy scholars/students who think America cannot be Mystery Babylon can reject the facts of America’s past bloodshed then they are free to claim that the USA can’t be Mystery Babylon because America won’t kill Christians in the future. That means they’ve got to really be confident in something that they have no clue about.

We would argue to the contrary with strong, documented proof that the US has indeed done killed tens of millions of innocent people. But if someone still needs proof that the USA is capable of further bloodshed of innocent Christians then this new law will be the first eye-opening step towards further fulfillment of America’s future doom.

Yes, this new law should be a shocking “eye-opener” to those thinking America is and will remain a great Christian nation right up to the return of Jesus Christ. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

This new law will give the green light to the US to directly fulfill the Babylon prophecies. Now the US will be able to openly and directly begin at first to merely silence true Christianity before beginning the blood-letting to kill off the true believers in Jesus Christ.

Bible-believing churches will be outlawed in America and it will be sooner rather than later. The idea of proclaiming and teaching the fundamental, sound doctrines of the Bible including the very issue of salvation will become a capital crime worthy of being beheaded. This will become a world-wide law that will result in the beheading deaths of millions of Christians.

Now the question becomes, what are American Christians who read this going to do about it? If you are reading this and you are an American who is a Bible-believing Christian what are you going to do about this news? Are you spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically prepared to suffer for His namesake and His Truth?

Are you REALLY prepared to die a martyr’s death for Him? Are you prepared to be led to a head-chopping block or a guillotine and die for your belief’s that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died for the sins of the world and that sins are forgiven on the basis of Grace through faith alone and not by our own efforts? Are you really prepared to die for that?

One thing you can do and should do is email this article to as many friends as you can. Let them know what is about to happen. Believers in Christ need to be aware of this development coming to America. It’s just happened in Canada and in some countries in Europe but its about to now happen in America.

Time is limited for us as believers. Our window of opportunity to proclaim the truth of Jesus Christ is about to be shut for good in America. It has been shut in Canada and the windows are shutting or about to shut around the world. Now is the time to be putting on the final preparation touches for persecution and martyrdom. We cannot count on the Rapture to rescue us from this coming mess. We must not be like the Christians in China before the communists began liquidating Christians by the millions who expected Jesus to return and save them and thus were not prepared for the suffering to come. We must be prepared, emotionally, mentally and spiritually for the tortures yet to come before He Returns to rescue His church.

What are we saying? We’re saying that no matter what your view of the rapture is, you should expect and prepare to meet a martyr’s death no matter where you may live in this world. There is no guarantee that the rapture will occur before a world-wide persecution that could begin even before the fulfillment of the Tribulation.

In other words, a lot of martyrdom could come for Christians everywhere on the planet even before a Pre-tribulation rapture should or would come. There is no guarantee that Jesus returns and raptures the Church before martyrdom sets in globally? It’s happened before again and again and it looks like it is about to happen yet again, only this time, also in America.

It will take awhile for full blown martyrdom develop here in America but unless He returns first or He imple-ments the first Babylon fire-judgment on America before the rapture, it looks like that within a few months or years depending upon events, we will see Christians being locked up for their beliefs only and eventually executed for those beliefs.

It will happen sooner than we realize and when it does, we will wonder how is it that this happened so fast? People will languish in prison camps thinking about the short time prior when there was freedom of religion that permitted people to believe in the sound doctrines of the Bible.

“ANTI HATE” BILL SPELLS END FOR FREE-SPEECH TALK RADIO!

The “Hate Crimes Amendment” to HR 4200 (Amdt. 3183), now awaiting imminent passage by Congress, means an obituary for free-speech talk radio.

Although ostensibly directed only against physical hate crimes, there is nothing stopping this legislation from gradually extending to banning verbal hate crimes.

The U.S. government now defines hate as “bias” against homosexuals. Are you, as a talk show host “biased” against the practices of homosexuals? If so, you are already viewed by the federal government, in its “anti-hate” educational programs, as “hateful.” The next step is to make your “hate,” especially on the airwaves, a crime. French commune home to 20,000 ‘doomsday cultists’ awaiting alien salvation

An estimated 20,000 New Age believers who say the “upside down” mountain is home to aliens who will rescue them from an impending apocalypse have saturated a small French commune near the foot of the picturesque Pic de Bugarach.

The Independent reports the growing flock, who locals refer to as “esoterics,” believe the world will come to an end on December 21^st, 2012. They also reportedly believe that the unique mountain is in fact home to a race of alien beings that will emerge to rescue the gathered humans and transport them to a new civilization.

Pic de Bugarach has long been famous because rock samples taken from its peak are actually older than points measured at lower elevation. Scientists say that is because when the 1,230 meter mountain erupted its peak flipped upside down before crashing back down upon the mountain’s base. The mountain is said to have played a role in inspiring everything from Jules Verne’s “Journey to the Center of the Earth,” to Steven Spielberg’s “Close Encounters of the Third Kind.”

The BBC reports that the French government is concerned about mass suicides taking place near Pic de Bugarach in advance of the December 21 date and that there have been reports of “strange rituals” taking place there as well.

Last year, CNN filed a report on the apocalyptic rumors surrounding Pic de Bugarach:

The Independent notes some other rumors surrounding Pic de Bugarach, which included speculation that both Israel’s Mossad and Nazis have both performed “mysterious” excavation digs there.

“The apocalypse we believe in is the end of a certain world and the beginning of another,” one of the New Age pilgrims going only by the name “Jean,” tells the paper. “A new spiritual world. The year 2012 is the end of a cycle of suffering. Bugarach is one of the major chakras of the earth, a place devoted to welcoming the energies of tomorrow.”

Up to 100,000 visitors are expected to flock to the scene before December 21.

One important fact stands out clearly in this leaked memo: the very fact that BIG GOVERNMENT is providing prior warning of this “earth shattering” catastrophe, provides us with damning and undeniable evidence that this “disaster” is yet another INSIDE JOB! (gov/mil “black op” or “false flag” terrorism.)

My burning question now is, is it therefore designed to bring MARTIAL LAW irrevocably? If so, what are they going to pull off? “THE NEXT BIG ONE” (like their previous first “big one” of “9/11″) that we have been warned was coming?

More PROJECT HAARP military engineered “disasters” or perhaps a HAARP triggered earthquake? Especially since the memo mentions this would be “…an earth shattering event” ???

Or will it be MISSILES originating from our very own bases, re-directed at INTERNAL TARGETS, as Pentagon and military sources warned me directly would be coming, tied in again with a NWO/martial agenda?

And the list goes on and on of the black ops they have in place for their NWO agenda.

Let’s go a step further. This warning originates in MONTANA. In the above leaked memo, Montanans were warned about a calamity coming and to stockpile emergency supplies for up to 6 months. This memo did not specify if this event would be local to the MONTANA region only, or affect all Americans nationwide.

The greatest threat Montanans face as far as physical disasters go, is from the YELLOWSTONE SUPERVOLCANO. Having investigated in Montana since 1997, I know alot about NWO/martial law agendas already in place in that freedom-lovers state.

One of the more bizarre pieces of information came from 3 military sources, one Pentagon, that I met with personally.

All three sources warned me of the military planting powerful explosives in various locations throughout Yellowstone National Park. My Pentagon source, Al Cuppet, admitted that this even included a Russian ICBM missile. (And believe me, I could never make up such information if I tried! I was shocked beyond words when I began recieving this information.) Another one of my sources was retired USAF Field McConnell, well known 9/11 truth researcher. The third was a young military man from Bozeman who knew some of Yellowstone’s dark secrets that I also knew.

But why? It would be impossible to deliberately trigger the Yellowstone super volcano by such means. BUT you can use these to create underground explosions in order to SIMULATE the beginning rumblings indicating that she is about to BLOW!

This would then form the basis for declaring REGIONAL MARTIAL LAW. The US gov/mil desperately WANTS regional martial law declared there, because of the high concentration of self-declared “NWO PATRIOT RESISTERS” armed with weapons, ammo and emergency supplies, plus determination to fight the NWO  agenda they hate with a passion.

After 15 years of research across America, I have concluded that the  Montana/Wyoming/Idaho region has the highest concentration of dedicated freedom fighters, more willing to sacrifice and more prepared to die to keep America free from NWO encroachment, than that any other region in North America.

You see, if regional martial law and a state of emergency were declared there (Montana/Wyoming/Idaho) they can then start bringing in the UN/NATO (NWO)military forces to control the region, seizing weapons from all suspected NWO resisters, arresting people on various gov/mil lists, and sending them to the FEMA camps via the railway system and the many prisoner boxcars with shackles that are firmly entrenched there.

And then there is the potential for the New Madrid earthquake to occur ( and military HAARP equipment can certainly trigger earthquakes.) This would be “earth-shaking” as well. California has been receiving more earthquake warning tremors as well.

Finally, military sources have warned us to expect nuclear strikes on AMERICAN soil because of our reckless foreign policies in the Middle East. Most recently, Obama signed a Presidential Executive Order declaring WAR WITH IRAN. This opens the deadly doors of PRE-EMPTIVE MILITARY STRIKES (nuclear) ON AMERICAN SOIL by allies of Iran. China relies heavily on Iran for oil, and China has lots of nasty chemical/biological nuclear warhead missiles in her arsenals.

Anything is possible at this point

As I stated previously, PRAY!

And then go and do the practical. Purchase your survival supplies WHILE YOU CAN! Who can really know if something catastrophic will or won’t happen during the above stated time period? BUT we do know such things will come to North America eventually. It is always best to be prepared for ALL possible scenarios during the tense hour in which we live.

One important final word :Because of government spying on all communications across America, they become aware immediately when information like this starts spreading like wildfire across the Internet. And because Big Brother does NOT want the truth to be known by the American people about their complicity in such black ops, for damage control they will often change planned dates to future times, long after people have forgotten leaked info such as the above.

In case nothing seemingly ever happens by the 23rd, REMEMBER: POSTPONEMENT of their dark agendas is NEVER CANCELLATION of their agendas!
