There has been a lot of talk about comet Elenin, and object 2000 PN9 ..
BUT NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT THE ASTEROID THAT WILL PASS SO CLOSE TOMORROW!!!
This object will pass at about ONLY 60,000 miles !!!
JPL NASA website
To put this in perspective; the MOON is about 221,000 miles!
Again, this object will be at 60k miles!!! Which means it “might” be clearly visible to some and will pass BELOW several satellites in orbit higher up!
NO ONE is reporting this!! WHY?! Just some buried headline about it on space.com .. saying “don’t worry” etc…
TOMORROW and the 10th will be the closest approach.
2011 CATASTROPHE? CA and 7… look up “leet” speak is this code for a catastrophe? or is it just going to pass super close with no effects?
Thanks to ‘dutchsinse’ for the repost.
