Solar flare could unleash nuclear holocaust across planet Earth

NaturalNews) Forget about the 2012 Mayan calendar, comet Elenin or the Rapture. The real threat to human civilization is far more mundane, and it’s right in front of our noses. If Fukushima has taught us anything, it’s that just one runaway meltdown of fissionable nuclear material can have wide-ranging and potentially devastating consequences for life on Earth. To date, Fukushima has already released 168 times the total radiation released from the Hiroshima nuclear bomb detonated in 1945, and the Fukushima catastrophe is now undeniably the worst nuclear disaster in the history of human civilization.

But what if human civilization faced a far greater threat than a single tsunami destroying a nuclear power facility? What if a global tidal wave could destroy the power generating capacities of all the world’s power plants, all at once?

Such a scenario is not merely possible, but factually inevitable. And the global tidal wave threatening all the nuclear power plants of the world isn’t made of water but solar emissions.

The sun, you see, is acting up again. NASA recently warned that solar activity is surging, with a peak expected to happen in 2013 that could generate enormous radiation levels that sweep across planet Earth. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has even issued an urgent warning about solar flares due to strike in 2012 and 2013. IBtimes wrote, “With solar activity expected to peak around 2013, the Sun is entering a particularly active time and big flares like the recent one will likely be common during the next few years. …A major flare in the mid-19th century blocked the nascent telegraph system, and some scientists believe that another such event is now overdue.” (http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/194…)

The story goes on to explain:

“Several federal government studies suggest that this extreme solar activity and emissions may result in complete blackouts for years in some areas of the nation. Moreover, there may also be disruption of power supply for years, or even decades, as geomagnetic currents attracted by the storm could debilitate the transformers.”

Why does all this matter? To understand that, you have to understand how nuclear power plants function. Or, put another way, how is nuclear material prevented from “going nuclear” every single day across our planet?

Every nuclear power plant operates in a near-meltdown state

All nuclear power plants are operated in a near-meltdown status. They operate at very high heat, relying on nuclear fission to boil water that produces steam to drive the turbines that generate electricity. Critically, the nuclear fuel is prevented from melting down through the steady circulation of coolants which are pushed through the cooling system using very high powered electric pumps.

If you stop the electric pumps, the coolant stops flowing and the fuel rods go critical (and then melt down). This is what happened in Fukushima, where the melted fuel rods dropped through the concrete floor of the containment vessels, unleashing enormous quantities of ionizing radiation into the surrounding environment. The full extent of the Fukushima contamination is not even known yet, as the facility is still emitting radiation.

It’s crucial to understand that nuclear coolant pumps are usually driven by power from the electrical grid. They are not normally driven by power generated locally from the nuclear power plant itself. Instead, they’re connected to the grid. In other words, even though nuclear power plants are generating megawatts of electricity for the grid, they are also dependant on the grid to run their own coolant pumps. If the grid goes down, the coolant pumps go down, too, which is why they are quickly switched to emergency backup power — either generators or batteries.

As we learned with Fukushima, the on-site batteries can only drive the coolant pumps for around eight hours. After that, the nuclear facility is dependent on diesel generators (or sometimes propane) to run the pumps that circulate the coolant which prevents the whole site from going Chernobyl. And yet, critically, this depends on something rather obvious: The delivery of diesel fuel to the site. If diesel cannot be delivered, the generators can’t be fired up and the coolant can’t be circulated. When you grasp the importance of this supply line dependency, you will instantly understand why a single solar flare could unleash a nuclear holocaust across the planet.

When the generators fail and the coolant pumps stop pumping, nuclear fuel rods begin to melt through their containment rods, unleashing ungodly amounts of life-destroying radiation directly into the atmosphere. This is precisely why Japanese engineers worked so hard to reconnect the local power grid to the Fukushima facility after the tidal wave — they needed to bring power back to the generators to run the pumps that circulate the coolant. This effort failed, of course, which is why Fukushima became such a nuclear disaster and released countless becquerels of radiation into the environment (with no end in sight).

And yet, despite the destruction we’ve already seen with Fukushima, U.S. nuclear power plants are nowhere near being prepared to handle sustained power grid failures. As IBtimes reports:

“Last month, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission said U.S. plants affected by a blackout should be able to cope without electricity for at least eight hours and should have procedures to keep the reactor and spent-fuel pool cool for 72 hours. Nuclear plants depend on standby batteries and backup diesel generators. Most standby power systems would continue to function after a severe solar storm, but supplying the standby power systems with adequate fuel, when the main power grids are offline for years, could become a very critical problem. If the spent fuel rod pools at the country’s 104 nuclear power plants lose their connection to the power grid, the current regulations aren’t sufficient to guarantee those pools won’t boil over — exposing the hot, zirconium-clad rods and sparking fires that would release deadly radiation.” (http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/194…)

Now, what does all this have to do with solar flares?

How the end of modern civilization will most likely occur

As any sufficiently informed scientist will readily admit, solar flares have the potential to blow out the transformers throughout the national power grid. That’s because solar flares induce geomagnetic currents (powerful electromagnetic impulses) which overload the transformers and cause them to explode.

You’ve probably witnessed this yourself during a lightning storm when lightning unleashes a powerful electromagnetic pulse that causes a local transformer to explode. Solar flares do the same thing on a much larger scale. A global scale, in fact.

The upshot of this situation is that suddenly and without warning, the power grid infrastructure across nearly the entire planet could be destroyed. As a bonus, nearly all satellites will be fried, too, leaving GPS inoperable and causing millions of clueless drivers to become forever lost in their own neighborhoods because they never paid attention to the streets and always relied on a GPS voice to tell them, “In fifty feet, turn right.”

Communications satellites will be obliterated, too. This, of course, will halt nearly all news propaganda distribution across the planet, causing tens of thousands of people to instantly die out of the sheer fear of suddenly having to think for themselves. As another bonus, nearly all mobile phone service will be disrupted, too, meaning all the teenage text junkies of the world will, for the first time in their lives, be forced to lay down their iPhones and interact with real people in the real world.

But the real kicker in all this is that the power grid will be destroyed nearly everywhere.

What happens when there’s no electricity?

Imagine a world without electricity. Even for just a week. Imagine New York City with no electricity, or Los Angeles, or Sao Paulo. Within 72 hours, most cities around the world will devolve into total chaos, complete with looting, violent crime, and runaway fires.

But that’s not even the bad news. Even if all the major cities of the world burned to the ground for some other reason, humanity could still recover because it has the farmlands: the soils, the seeds, and the potential to recover, right?

And yet the real crisis here stems from the realization that once there is no power grid, all the nuclear power plants of the world suddenly go into “emergency mode” and are forced to rely on their on-site emergency power backups to circulate coolants and prevent nuclear meltdowns from occurring. And yet, as we’ve already established, these facilities typically have only a few hours of battery power available, followed by perhaps a few days worth of diesel fuel to run their generators (or propane, in some cases).

Did I also mention that half the people who work at nuclear power facilities have no idea what they’re doing in the first place? Most of the veterans who really know the facilities inside and out have been forced into retirement due to reaching their lifetime limits of on-the-job radiation exposure, so most of the workers at nuclear facilities right now are newbies who really have no clue what they’re doing.

There are 440 nuclear power plants operating across 30 countries around the world today. There are an additional 250 so-called “research reactors” in existence, making a total of roughly 700 nuclear reactors to be dealt with (http://www.world-nuclear.org/info/i…).

Now imagine the scenario: You’ve got a massive solar flare that knocks out the world power grid and destroys the majority of the power grid transformers, thrusting the world into darkness. Cities collapse into chaos and rioting, martial law is quickly declared (but it hardly matters), and every nation in the world is on full emergency. But that doesn’t solve the really big problem, which is that you’ve got 700 nuclear reactors that can’t feed power into the grid (because all the transformers are blown up) and yet simultaneously have to be fed a steady stream of emergency fuels to run the generators the keep the coolant pumps functioning.

How long does the coolant need to circulate in these facilities to cool the nuclear fuel? Months. This is also the lesson of Fukushima: You can’t cool nuclear fuel in mere hours or days. It takes months to bring these nuclear facilities to a state of cold shutdown. And that means in order to avoid a multitude of Fukushima-style meltdowns from occurring around the world, you need to truck diesel fuel, generator parts and nuclear plant workers to every nuclear facility on the planet, ON TIME, every time, without fail, for months on end.

Now remember, this must be done in the middle of the total chaos breakdown of modern civilization, where there is no power, where law enforcement and emergency services are totally overrun, where people are starving because food deliveries have been disrupted, and when looting and violent crime runs rampant in the streets of every major city in the world. Somehow, despite all this, you have to run these diesel fuel caravans to the nuclear power plants and keep the pumps running.

Except there’s a problem in all this, even if you assume you can somehow work a logistical miracle and actually deliver the diesel fuel to the backup generators on time (which you probably can’t).

The problem is this: Where do you get diesel fuel?

Why refineries will be shut down, too

From petroleum refineries. Most people don’t realize it, but petroleum refineries run on electricity. Without the power grid, the refineries don’t produce a drop of diesel. With no diesel, there are no generators keeping the coolant running in the nuclear power facilities.

But wait, you say: Maybe we could just acquire diesel from all the gas stations in the world. Pump it out of the ground, load it into trucks and use that to power the generators, right? Except there are other problems here: How do you pump all that fuel without electricity? How do you acquire all the tires and spare parts needed to keep trucks running if there’s no electricity to keep the supply businesses running? How do you maintain a truck delivery infrastructure when the electrical infrastructure is totally wiped out?

Some countries might be able to pull it off with some degree of success. With military escorts and the total government control over all fuel supplies, a few nations will be able to keep a few nuclear power facilities from melting down.

But here’s the real issue: There are 700 nuclear power facilities in the world, remember? Let’s suppose that in the aftermath of a massive solar flare, the nations of the world are somehow able to control half of those facilities and nurse them into cold shutdown status. That still leaves roughly 350 nuclear facilities at risk.

Now let’s suppose half of those are somehow luckily offline and not even functioning when the solar flare hits, so they need no special attention. This is a very optimistic assumption, but that still leaves 175 nuclear power plants where all attempts fail.

Let’s be outrageously optimistic and suppose that a third of those somehow don’t go into a total meltdown by some miracle of God, or some bizarre twist in the laws of physics. So we’re still left with 115 nuclear power plants that “go Chernobyl.”

Fukushima was one power plant. Imagine the devastation of 100+ nuclear power plants, all going into meltdown all at once across the planet. It’s not the loss of electricity that’s the real problem; it’s the global tidal wave of invisible radiation that blankets the planet, permeates the topsoil, irradiates everything that breathes and delivers the final crushing blow to human civilization as we know it today.

Because if you have 100 simultaneous global nuclear meltdowns, the tidal wave of radiation will make farming nearly impossible for years. That means no food production for several years in a row. And that, in turn, means a near-total collapse of the human population on our planet.

How many people can survive an entire year with no food from the farms? Not one in a hundred people. Even beyond that, how many people can essentially live underground and be safe enough from the radiation that they can have viable children and repopulate the planet? It’s a very, very small fraction of the total population.

Solar flares far more likely to hit nuclear power plants than tidal waves or earthquakes

What’s the chance of all this actually happening? A report by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory said that “…over the standard 40-year license term of nuclear power plants, solar flare activity enables a 33 percent chance of long-term power loss, a risk that significantly outweighs that of major earthquakes and tsunamis.” (http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/194…)

The world’s reliance on nuclear power, you see, has doomed us to destroy our own civilization. Of course, this is all preventable if we would only dismantle and shut down ALL nuclear power plants on the planet. But what are the chances of that happening? Zero, of course. There are too many commercial and political interests invested in nuclear power.

So the power plants will stay, and we will therefore be vulnerable to a solar flare which could strike us at any time and unleash a global nuclear holocaust. Planet Earth has been struck by solar flares before, of course, but all the big hits in recorded human history took place long before the age of modern electronics, so the impacts were minimal. Today, society cannot function without electronics. Nor can nuclear facility coolant pumps. Once you realize that, you begin to understand the true danger in which humanity has placed itself by relying on nuclear power.

By relying on nuclear power, we are risking everything. And we’re doing it blindly, with no real acknowledgement of the dangers of running 700+ nuclear facilities in a constant state of “near meltdown” while foolishly relying on the steady flow of electricity to keep the fuel rods cool. If Fukushima, all by itself, could unleash a tidal wave of deadly radiation all by itself, imagine a world where hundreds of nuclear facilities go into a total meltdown simultaneously.

What can you do about any of this? Build yourself an underground bunker and prepare to live in it for an extended period of time. (Just a few feet of soil protects you from most radiation.) The good news is that if you survive it all and one day return to the surface to plant your non-hybrid seeds and begin rebuilding human society, real estate will be really, really cheap.

Sun Unleashes Massive Solar Flares in One-Two Punch

Just as many Americans got back to work after the long Labor Day weekend, the sun jolted to life as well, unleashing a massive solar flare just one day after another sun storm sent a stream of particles racing toward Earth.

The X-class solar flare — the most powerful type of sun storm— erupted at 6:12 p.m. EDT (2212 GMT) on Tuesday (Sept. 6) and hit its peak strength eight minutes later, according to a space weather update by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The flare occurred less than 24 hours after another less intense but still dramatic solar storm.

Several different satellites watched the action unfold, including NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory, which constantly records high-definition videos of the sun in several different wavelengths. [Photo of the X-class solar flare]

The Tuesday event registered as an X2.1-class solar flare, while Monday’s storm topped out at a still-powerful M5, NOAA officials said. Strong solar flares are classified according to a three-tiered system: X-class flares are the most powerful, M-class are of medium strength and C-class are the weakest.

Researchers are still taking the measure of the big Tuesday sun storm. It may also have produced a coronal mass ejection (CME) aimed at Earth, researchers said, but as of Tuesday evening it was too early to tell.

CMEs are massive clouds of solar plasma that can streak through space at up to 3 million mph (5 million kph). CMEs that hit Earth can wreak havoc on our planet, causing disruptions in GPS signals, radio communications and power grids. [Sun’s Wrath: Worst Solar Storms in History]

Monday’s event, which took place at 9:50 p.m. EDT (0150 GMT on Tuesday), did spawn a CME. It was a relatively slow one, traveling at less than 720,000 mph (1.2 million kph), NASA officials said. And even if this cloud of charged particles hits Earth in a few days’ time, it likely won’t cause much damage.

“This CME is not expected to cause significant geomagnetic storm activity, and further analysis is currently underway to better refine the CME timing and magnitude,” officials at NOAA’s Space Weather Prediction Center wrote in an update Tuesday.

Monday’s M5 solar flare erupted from the middle of the sun’s disk as seen from Earth’s perspective. The explosion caused a slight increase in solar energetic protons about 26,000 miles (41,840 kilometers) above the Earth’s surface, NASA officials said.

The powerful storms unleashed on Monday and Tuesday aren’t isolated incidents. Solar activity has been ramping up over the last few months as the sun has roused itself from an extended quiescent phase in its 11-year activity cycle.

Just last month, for example, the sun let loose with an X6.9 solar flare, which was the most powerful solar storm since December 2006, NASA scientists said. That storm, which erupted Aug. 9, also generated a CME, but it was not aimed at Earth. Another powerful event, an X2.2-class flare, occurred on Feb. 15 of this year. Tuesday’s X2.1 was the third most powerful flare of 2011.

Scientists expect activity in the current cycle — known as Solar Cycle 24 — to peak around 2013.

The Destroyer is Coming

 

This is such a great but lengthy report that I copied this portion here. Much of the first part gives scriptural references and evidence of government cover-up, denials, misrepresenting the facts to keep the populance in the dark but now it can no longer be kept hidden. Evidence for ‘The Destroyer’
If this is all to hard to believe for you, please let us present you with some more facts. We believe, that there is overwhelming evidence for the described scenario and its severe consequences on the whole planet.

Several organizations have made curious changes and major moves away from the coast. We believe this to be circumstantial evidence for a mayor event they are preparing for.

• The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has relocated its headquarters from Virginia to Denver, Colorado

• The National Security Agency has moved south of Salt Lake City, Utah

• NASA moved to New Mexico and has no missions between 2010 and 2015 (another article)

The threat that ‘The Destroyer’ will bring is known by the government at least since 1979. Shortly after their discovery they decided to construct the theory of global warming as it is taught today. This then would lead the public in a different direction and give the elite some more time for unobstructed covert preparations. They do expect this passing ‘brown dwarf’ to cause exactly the above described havoc on our planet, which we will be able to prove when we expose to you the immense preparations that the governmental institutions are now completing for their own safety.

What is it that they have been working on for the last 50 or so years?

Underground bases are being built and completed on an ongoing basis. It is difficult to obtain precise numbers because the information is classified. Construction started in the 40’s under the premises of the “cold war” and never stopped. Phil Schneidermentioned 129 bases in completion in 1995. Today there is about 210 completed in the US and about 1500 world wide. One or two new bases are now being completed every month in the US. Initially the goal was to be done in October of 2011. They recalculated and adjusted the date to match the observations of the incoming object and moved the deadline to an earlier day – December 2009. The global elite got their call to run for the hills in the last two month of 2009. The officials that are working for the “continuity of government” under FEMA are already in place. Everybody else that is invited is going underground at some time this year. We do not know the date.

Phil Schneider on Deep Underground Military Bases and the Black Budget:

“I love the country I am living in more than I love my life, but I would not be standing before you now, risking my life, if I did not believe it was so. The first part of this talk is going to concern deep underground military bases and the Black Budget. The Black Budget is a secretive budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. The Black Budget currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year. At leastthis amount is used in black programs, like those concerned with deep underground military bases. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States.

They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940s. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-levity trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. Several books have been written about this activity. Al Bielek has my only copy of one of them. Richard Souder, a Ph.D. architect*, has risked his life by talking about this. He worked with a number of government agencies on deep underground military bases. In around where you live, in Idaho, there are 11 of them.

“The average depth of these bases is over a mile, and they again are basically whole cities underground. They all are between 2.66 and 4.25 cubic miles in size. They have laser drilling machines that can drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day. The Black Projects sidestep the authority of Congress, which as we know is illegal. Right now, the New World Order is depending on these bases. If I had known at the time I was working on them that the NWO was involved, I would not have done it. I was lied to rather extensively.

We do not now how hard it will hit us, but we believe that safety is in the name (nature, character and authority) of the Lord. The book of revelation unfolds a series of judgments of which ‘The Destroyer’ is just one issue. Realistic estimates speak about half or more of humanity loosing their life.

Escape ‘The Destroyer’

In case that all of what you are about to learn is true, we also want you to know that the bible is the carefully written survivor’s guide for all the affliction that is coming upon us. There is nothing in the sky that a believer and follower of Jesus and his gospel has to fear.

The scientists that have announced the concept of a ‘Nemesis’, the binary companion to our sun, did choose that name for a good reason. Nemesis in the Greek mythology describes the concept of a set of twin brothers with opposing natures. We believe that ‘The Destroyer’ will make a great division and bring the rewarding judgment to each of us according to our position relative to Jesus and to the sinful beast nature that many still live with. Remember that God demands holiness. There is no safety outside of his covenant. And inside there is no room for sinful living.

Watch how the Lord will distinguish between two different groups as you can read in these two consecutive verses about ‘The Destroyer’ dealing with mankind.

Notice that the origin of the word ‘crisis’ is from the Greek language and literally means partition or bifurcation. This is when a road that you travel splits up in two ways and you have to make a decision, which way you are going to take. If you choose the wrong one you could turn around and take the right one but it might be to late to complete the journey in time. Does “Comet ELEnin” pose a disaster threat to the World?

A couple of days after the Mar 11 9.0 earthquake hit Japan I came across a video, published Mar 8, of a woman on YouTube predicting that a massive earthquake was due to hit around March 11, probably on the Japanese coastline and that it would be bigger than the Chilean earthquake of Feb 27 2010, a magnitude 8.8. This prediction unfortunately, turned out to be deadly accurate. She based her predictions on studying the orbit of a newly discovered astral body that NASA has codenamed “Comet ELEnin”. She noted that on the date of the Chilean 8.8 there was an alignment between our sun, Earth and this ELE object, and there was due to be another alignment on Mar 11. It is a well-known fact that magma activity under the Earth’s crust causes earthquakes but it is not that well known what causes the activity to increase, seemingly out of nowhere. There are a few factors that contribute to earthquakes here on Earth, man-made and natural, but the most dominant factor seems to be planetary alignments. A brief study on magnetic portals will reveal that when large astral bodies align, they are usually followed by earthquakes. The bigger the body, the worse the earthquake is. That’s a little simplified but you get the idea.

If this thing is a 4km comet, as NASA are claiming, we have some very strange coincidences, bizarre accurate predictions and a whole lot of fuss about nothing. Personally I’m not in the business of trusting NAZA due to the organization being made up of former Nazi scientists. For a comet at that distance to be having any sort of an effect on earth, it would have to be at least the size of Jupiter, and calling it a comet brings us right back to square one, trying to figure out where earthquakes come from. A heavenly body possibly as large as the giant planet Jupiter and possibly so close to Earth that it would be part of this solar system has been found in the direction of the constellation Orion by an orbiting telescope aboard the U.S. infrared astronomical satellite.

So mysterious is the object that astronomers do not know if it is a planet, a giant comet, a nearby “protostar” that never got hot enough to become a star, a distant galaxy so young that it is still in the process of forming its first stars or a galaxy so shrouded in dust that none of the light cast by its stars ever gets through.

“All I can tell you is that we don’t know what it is,” Dr. Gerry Neugebauer, IRAS chief scientist for California’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and director of the Palomar Observatory for the California Institute of Technology, said in an interview.

The most fascinating explanation of this mystery body, which is so cold it casts no light and has never been seen by optical telescopes on Earth or in space, is that it is a giant gaseous planet as large as Jupiter and as close to Earth as 50 trillion miles. While that may seem like a great distance in earthbound terms, it is a stone’s throw in cosmological terms, so close in fact that it would be the nearest heavenly body to Earth beyond the outermost planet Pluto.

“If it is really that close, it would be a part of our solar system,” said Dr. James Houck of Cornell University’s Center for Radio Physics and Space Research and a member of the IRAS science team. “If it is that close, I don’t know how the world’s planetary scientists would even begin to classify it.” The mystery body was seen twice by the infrared satellite as it scanned the northern sky from last January to November, when the satellite ran out of the supercold helium that allowed its telescope to see the coldest bodies in the heavens. The second observation took place six months after the first and suggested the mystery body had not moved from its spot in the sky near the western edge of the constellation Orion in that time.

“This suggests it’s not a comet because a comet would not be as large as the one we’ve observed and a comet would probably have moved,” Houck said. “A planet may have moved if it were as close as 50 trillion miles but it could still be a more distant planet and not have moved in six months time.” Whatever it is, Houck said, the mystery body is so cold its temperature is no more than 40 degrees above “absolute” zero, which is 456 degrees Fahrenheit below zero. Available information seems to point to a set of circumstances that the Binary Research Institute and other astrologers have theorised; something that would explain the precession of the equinoxes, and would refute Neuton’s theory that it was due to the wobble of the Earth, a theory that has never been proved. The theory that our sun is part of a binary star system; one that seems to have mounting evidence pointing to it being right. Binary star systems are the most common type of star system in the universe and consist of two stars orbiting each other. What does all this mean?

Let’s assume this is true just for a moment. The Earth is part of a binary star system, which in practise means a brown dwarf star is approaching our inner solar system. It was spotted in the 1980s and when it was realised that it was going to get close enough to Earth to cause devastation; earthquakes, volcanoes, pole shift etc it was decided to keep it hush-hush as they can’t stop it and they may as well keep the human farm making money right up until the end, rather than instil mass panic globally. Personally I think that they’ve had ample time to announce it and take precautions to save most of the world, but when was the last time the world leaders showed they genuinely care for the common man? If this was true, wouldn’t we be able to see it by now? Well if it was just a comet, it would be visible with an average telescope, but it’s not. Only very specialist equipment, such as helium-cooled satellites and infrared and other filters are able to pick it up. This is due it leaking photons, only being 40 degrees above kelvin, as revealed in the above article, and also due to a phenomenon called gravitational lensing, where a star bends light around itself. Since this star is emitting so little light, depending on how you look at it, it can go from emitting no light to small bursts of visibility.

How can we trust what many are observing on NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory to be accurate and unhampered with by the government? Terral Croft responded to say that his group have researched back through history, all the way to 1965, and that all past events have unfolded in perfect sync with JPL’s data. Also according to reports and pictures from across the world, it is following the exact path the JPL have plotted. If they didn’t plot it correctly, it would be an obvious attempt to hide it. Calling it a comet is not so obvious.

Excuse me if I’ve repeated some points but I really needed to stress that this is not normal behaviour, either from the planets, stars or world leaders. They are clamouring to get prepared for the return of Planet X. It has passed before, 3600 years ago, and was likely what devastated the major world cultures of the 16^th century BC. We can’t afford to be in the same boat as these people. The major research being undertaken around the world at the moment on this topic reveals after the alignment on Sept 26 when the ELE Dwarf Star passes directly between us and the sun, and ELE struggles for control of the Earth, we are going to be hit by global earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis and a pole shift, devastating anywhere on a fault line, near a nuclear power plant, less than 250 miles inland and less than 600ft above sea level. This would most certainly include Ireland so we need to either stay here, get high above sea level and pray or go somewhere much safer, get high above sea level and… pray. We will at the very least need to start stocking up on food and supplies, and be prepared to move to the mountains if a solar flare knocks out the power grid. The Event and Comet Elenin – A Foreshadow?

The Event is a fictional NBC television show featuring a black U.S. President grappling with the national security problem of whether or not to tell the U.S. public about the existence of extraterrestrial life. Comet Elenin is a long-period body from the Oort cloud that is approaching the inner solar system and has been associated with major earthquake activity on Earth. What is the relationship between Comet Elenin and the Event? Perhaps nothing; or, maybe, a very lot indeed. For there is an important paradox surrounding Comet Elenin. The solution to the paradox may well have been revealed in the season finale of the Event. Were elements of the U.S. government using a fictional television show to break to the world public something with tremendous global significance that might soon unfold? Read on.

Even though Comet Elenin was only discovered in December 2010 by Russian amateur astronomer Leonid Elenin, its passage through the solar system could be tracked back to when it entered the solar system by a very useful orbiting tracking software that NASA’s JPL makes freely available to the public. Something remarkable was found by a Bosnian earth scientist who tracked Elenin’s orbital passage back to 2006. Dr Mensur Omerbashich found that Elenin was aligned with the Earth and other planets when major earthquakes had appeared. In a paper released on an online science archive, he outlines the most significant alignments featuring Elenin that he claims are linked to seismic activities on Earth.

The remarkable discovery by Dr Omerbashich suggests that Elenin was something very large, with an enormous mass and gravitational field to be able to influence seismic events on Earth from a very long distance going back as far as 2006. Elenin’s size and mass could be even as big as brown dwarf star as some conspiracy theorists have been arguing has been secretly known to be approaching the inner solar system. In 1983, the Washington Post and New York Times published articles about a large mysterious planet X that could be a brown dwarf that was part of our solar system. According to some researchers, planet X was none other than the planet Nibiru revealed in the first published book by the recently deceased scholar of Sumerian history, Zecharia Sitchin.

In 1976, Sitchin wrote The 12th Planet (he included the moon and the sun as planets) which according to ancient Sumerian cuneiform texts was Nibiru, the home world of extraterrestrials called the Anunnaki. Nibiru or Planet X, was a long-period body that took 3600 years to revolve around our solar system. According to Sitchin, each time Nibiru/Planet X passed through our inner solar system, major destruction would occur to nearby planets. For some researchers, Elenin’s seismic influence on Earth is a sign that it is Nibiru. Some go as far as claim that the name Elenin, is in fact a code for Extinction Level Event Nibiru is Near (ELENIN).

The main problem with the Elenin is a brown dwarf star claim is that its orbit, as mapped and projected by JPL’s orbital tracker, showed that Elenin was an object with a tiny mass. Elenin would loop around the sun in less than the three months spanning September to November, 2011. This was an impossible orbital swing around the sun if Elenin was really a brown dwarf star. In the words of Donald Yeomans from JPL, the data revealed that Elenin was “kind of wimpy.” and there is nothing to be concerned about. So there is a paradox here over what JPL is telling us about Elenin, and its seismic influence from long distances as observed by Dr Omerbashich.

The season finale of NBC’s “The Event” finally revealed what “The Event” was all about. For those that watched all 22 episodes – it was a long wait but well worth it. The Event wasn’t about the disclosure of extraterrestrial life, or the announcement that extraterrestrials are living among us. It wasn’t even the appearance of extraterrestrial motherships over population centers – a favorite jaw dropping scene from popular movies such as Independence Day; Battle: Los Angeles; or television shows like V. The Event was something even more breathtaking.

Lower Quality:

The Event was preceeded by a series of world wide earthquakes, and then it was suddenly revealed. An exoplanet appeared out of some kind of cosmic anomaly in near Earth orbit, dwarfing the moon in size. More significantly, the exoplanet was the homeworld of extraterrestrials. As it appeared, earthquakes continued to intensify on Earth.

Was the Event foreshadowing something significant about to unfold in our planetary history? Is Comet Elenin merely the vanguard of something much larger following it that is responsible for the seismic activity discovered by Dr Omerbashich? Will a large exoplanet, the homeworld of ancient extraterrestrial visitors, suddenly appear during its passage through the inner solar system, close to the Earth, in the not too distant future? These questions all arise from the paradox that is Comet Elenin. The Event may have revealed the answer to the Elenin paradox. Thankfully we may not have that long to wait. Elenin will on October 16 be only 0.24 AU from the Earth (only a quarter of the distance to the sun). If something is trailing behind Elenin, we will find out soon enough.

Lonely Rogue Worlds Surprisingly Outnumber Planets with Suns

Astronomers have discovered a whole new class of alien planet: a vast population of Jupiter-mass worlds that float through space without any discernible host star, a new study finds.

While some of these exoplanets could potentially be orbiting a star from very far away, the majority of them most likely have no parent star at all, scientists say.

And these strange worlds aren’t mere statistical anomalies. They likely outnumber “normal” alien planets with obvious parent stars by at least 50 percent, and they’re nearly twice as common in our galaxy as main-sequence stars, according to the new study. [Photos: The Strangest Alien Planets]

Astronomers have long predicted the existence of free-flying “rogue alien planets.” But their apparent huge numbers may surprise many researchers, and could force some to rethink how the planets came to be.

“Previous observations of bound planets tell us only about planets which are surviving in orbits now,” said study lead author Takahiro Sumi, of Osaka University in Japan. “However, [these] findings inform us how many planets have formed and scattered out.”

Alien worlds under gravitational lens

Sumi and his colleagues made the find using a method called gravitational microlensing, which watches what happens when a massive object passes in front of a star from our perspective on Earth. The nearby object bends and magnifies the light from the distant star, acting like a lens.

This produces a “light curve” — a brightening and fading of the faraway star’s light over time — whose characteristics tell astronomers a lot about the foreground object’s size. In many cases, this nearby body is a star; if it has any orbiting planets, these can generate secondary light curves, alerting researchers to their presence.

Before the current study, astronomers had used the gravitational microlensing technique to discover a dozen or so of the nearly 550 known alien planets. (NASA’s Kepler mission has detected 1,235 candidate planets by a different method, but they still need to be confirmed by follow-up observations.)

Sumi and his team looked at two years’ worth of data from a telescope in New Zealand, which was monitoring 50 million Milky Way stars for microlensing events. They identified 474 such events, including 10 that lasted less than two days.

The short duration of these 10 events indicated that the foreground object in each case was not a star but a planet roughly the mass of Jupiter. And the signals from their parent stars were nowhere to be found.

Independent observations from a telescope in Chile backed up the finds. Either these 10 planets orbit very far from their host stars — more than 10 times the Earth-sun distance — or they have no host stars at all, researchers said. [Infographic: A Sky Full of Alien Planets]

Common throughout the galaxy

Gravitational microlensing events are rare, because they require the precise alignment of a background star, a massive foreground object and Earth. So the discovery of 10 short-duration events in two years suggests a huge population of these unbound or distantly orbiting Jupiter-mass exoplanets throughout the galaxy, researchers said.

Sumi and his team calculated, in fact, that these planets are probably almost twice as common in our own Milky Way as main-sequence stars. And they likely outnumber “normal” planets with known host stars by more than 50 percent.

Other studies have established that it’s probably pretty rare for huge planets to orbit more than 10 Earth-sun distances from a parent star. So the research team argues that most of the Jupiter-mass planets — at least 75 percent of them — are likely true “rogues,” floating through space unbound to a star.

Theory predicts that such rogues should exist throughout the galaxy, and other researchers have found evidence of unbound objects that may indeed be orphan planets. But those worlds were much bigger, from three to 10 times Jupiter’s mass, and there’s a lot of uncertainty in the measurements.

Many of the previously detected objects could actually be “failed stars” known as brown dwarfs, Sumi said.

Sumi and his colleagues report their results in the May 19 issue of the journal Nature.

Rethinking planetary formation theories

The newly discovered rogue planets may have formed close to a host star, then been ejected from their solar systems by the gravitational influence of a huge neighbor planet, researchers said. Indeed, such planet-planet interactions are thought to be responsible for the odd, extremely close-in orbits of the giant alien planets known as “hot Jupiters.”

But the abundance of the seemingly starless worlds may force astronomers to rethink some of their ideas about planet formation, according to Sumi.

The “current most recognized planetary formation theory (core accretion model) cannot create so many giant planets,” Sumi told SPACE.com in an email interview. “So we need a different theory to create [so] many giant planets, such [as the] gravitational instability model.”

In the core accretion model, dust coalesces to form a solid core, which later accretes gas around it, creating a planet. The gravitational instability model invokes the rapid collapse of gas, with a core forming later due to sedimentation.

The new study should inspire much follow-up research. One of the next steps could involve training more instruments on the microlensing alien planets, further monitoring them for any signs of a parent star. Such work, which may take years, could eventually reveal how many of these worlds actually do have parent stars, and how many are true rogues.

“The implications of this discovery are profound,” astronomer Joachim Wambsganss, of Heidelberg University, wrote in an accompanying essay in the journal Nature. “We have a first glimpse of a new population of planetary-mass objects in our galaxy. Now we need to explore their proper­ties, distribution, dynamic states and history.”

Terrifying scientific discovery: Strange emissions by sun are suddenly mutating matter…!!

For months mounting fear has driven researchers to wring their hands over the approaching solar storms. Some have predicted devastating solar tsunamis that could wipe away our advanced technology, others voiced dire warnings that violent explosions on the surface of the sun could reach out to Earth, breach our magnetic field, and expose billions to high intensity X-rays and other deadly forms of cancer-causing radiation.

Something impossible has happened. Yet the “impossible” has been proven to be true. Laboratories around the globe have confirmed that the rate of radioactive decay—once thought to be a constant and a bedrock of science—is no longer a constant. Something being emitted from the sun is interacting with matter in strange and unknown ways with the startling potential to dramatically change the nature of the very Earth itself.

Exactly what has scientists so on edge is the fact that the natural rate of decay of atomic particles has always been predictable. Indeed, using the decay rate of Carbon-14 has been a method to date archeological artifacts. The process, known as carbon dating, measures the quantity of Carbon-14 within organic objects. According to the numbers, Carbon-14 has a specific half-life of 5,730 years. Physicists have proven through exhaustive observation and experimentation over the course of a century that it takes 5,730 years for Carbon-14 atoms to decay into a stable Nitrogen-14.

The values don’t change—or at least they never have in the past. With certain evidence that radioactive decay can be significantly affected by an unknown effect from the sun, much of science is turned on its head.

Rate of decay speeding up

Worst of all, if the decay rates of matter are being mutated then all matter on Earth is being affected including the matter that makes up life.

The mutation may go so far as to change the underlying reality of the quantum universe—and by extrapolation-the nature of life, the principles of physics, perhaps even the uniform flow of time.

In fact, some evidence of time dilation has been gleaned from close observation of the decay rate. If particles interacting with the matter are not the cause—and matter is being affected by a new force of nature-then time itself may be speeding up and there’s no way to stop it.

Neutrinos the cause?

Researchers have correlated the anomalies in the decay rate to a 33-day period. That time frame matches the 33-day rotation of the solar core. Such a match strains credulity as being a mere coincidence.

Since the sun’s core is known to blast out continuous streams of particles called neutrinos, some scientists are attempting to find evidence that neutrinos are the culprits behind the mutation of matter.

There’s a problem with that hypothesis, however, as neutrinos are like ghost particles. They’re extremely difficult to detect. Normally, neutrinos pass through the Earth without any interaction at all. To a neutrino, it’s as if the Earth doesn’t exist.

Other than discovering a previously unknown property of neutrinos, or finding a new particle altogether, the possibility exists that no particle is behind the changes recorded in the radioactive decay rates. What could be causing the phenomenon is a previously unknown force.

Unknown dangers

As the sun builds towards solar maximum and a period of dangerous intensity never experienced by any living person inexorably approaches, strange, uncontrollable forces could be building deep within its fiery nuclear furnace.

It’s already been proven that the sun’s mass warps time, bends light waves and accounts for mutation of species on Earth. Now this new force may be directly interacting with matter in a way that could not only change Mankind’s understanding of physics, but change Mankind itself…and not necessarily in a beneficial way.

Yes, the e-mails will continue to fly and the hands will continue to wring. But in the end, we are all just observers.

Whether the phenomenon has no real impact on humanity, or the worst impact imaginable, nothing can be done to stop it. Once again, the titanic forces of nature rear up to overwhelm our technology—and we find ourselves like the playthings of gods.

Utterly helpless.

ELEnin: What are they? And what is the “Jupiter” sized Planet that is following them?

Most of you more than likely heard the show where my husband Bob was invited to call in during the last half hour and spoke about what we knew at that time about what we believed was Elenin, and its possible history.

Events have been moving hard and fast ever since that show, and more and more photos/images of Elenin, and its traveling companions have been hitting the internet.

 

Leonid Elenin has had his web site www.spaceobs.org swamped with questions ever since!

 

And I am sorry to say, he is very dismissive of the claims and annualized images showing other objects coming with, or behind “His” comet. And he is starting to complain about people doctoring his images, to show objects that were never there in the first place. And while he did not mention any names … I want to say right here … no trickery or photo-shopping was involved in the enlargement & enhancing of either his photos, or anyone else’s photos to obtain what you are about to see.

Then we discovered an article from the online EU web site dated Mar 1st, 2011 www.eutimes.net/2011/03/russian-warning-issued-over-controlled-comet-headed-towards-earth/ titled “Russian Warning Issued over Controlled Comet headed towards Earth” And this quote from the article “Most ominous in Minister Serdyukov’s report is his assertion that Comet Elenin appears to be in “direct contact” with the mysterious Jupiter-sized planet discovered beyond the orbit of Pluto that is, also, headed inbound towards our Sun.”

A Brown Dwarf Star about the size of Jupiter, with 6 Planets and many large Moons … that normally sits just outside of our Solar System’s Ort Cloud, but once every 26,000 years or so, enters our Solar System.

 

And if you look very carefully at the images … you will notice that StarViewerTeam high-lighted the 6^th planet, and followed it month by month … they firmly believe it is “Nibiru” … the Planet of the Crossing!

 

So, the ancient Sumerian’s just might have written the truth … Nibiru did cross over into our Solar System as they told. But, if they were correct about Nibiru, were they also correct about the “Annunaki” who they said lived on Nibiru?

 

So, from the photos and images presented here, we have three large objects heading towards our Earth, and if JPL/NASA can be believed, they will be coming close to our Earth from September through November of this year. With their closest approach happening in October of this year. Less than 6 months away!

 

The photos and images also show a very large object following a month or more right behind the first two. From the images, all three objects are moving at about the same speed … that is why there is no blurring of the BDS in the images.

 

As more and more images are posted, we will be annualizing them, and will be posting the enhancements.

Promoting Our Second Sun? – Purple Plants Might Thrive Under Multiple Stars

It seems like everyday in the news media or in some form of entertainment, whether it’s a new film, a musical video, or the latest TV ad, there is more and more discourse on binary suns, star systems, alien life forms, and unknown planets. 

The following article is a brief example of how it’s coming out, more often than not, that we have a ‘twin sun’.  Why would they think that our system doesn’t have one when every other star system has binary suns? 

Seems like they are gearing up to tell us something!

(Note:  For all shills and debunkers, I don’t want to hear it.  The evidence within cultural society is too prevalent to say this isn’t the case, so deal with it.)

Pop culture was first introduced to the notion of life under two stars in the 1977 film “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope.” In an introspective moment, hero Luke Skywalker watches a pair of sun-like stars set on the horizon.

His native world Tatooine is a desert planet. But two suns in the sky would be a big deal for vegetation on a tropical planet, reports Jack O’Malley-James of the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He recently presented a study at a Royal Astronomical Society meeting in Llandudno, Wales.

Given the power of biological evolution, plant life would adapt to use energy from both suns. Or perhaps different forms of plants may evolve to use light from one specific sun, he reported.

Things could get complicated in multiple systems that have a yellow sun-like star with a red dwarf companion. Over 25 percent of sun-like stars and 50 percent of red dwarfs are found in multi-star systems. The plants would have access to a broader range of radiation than on Earth. Stellar radiation would stretch far into infrared wavelengths.

“Our simulations suggest that planets in multi-star systems may host exotic forms of the more familiar plants we see on Earth,” says O’Malley-James.

In 2008, astrobiologist Nancy Kiang of Columbia University predicted that alien plants living under a red sun could evolve other photosynthetic pigments that are colored purple, or even black (O’Malley-James speculates black or gray coloring).

Unlike Earth vegetation that reflects some green light, alien vegetation might absorb across the entire visible wavelength range in order to use as much of the available light as possible. They may also be able to use infrared or ultraviolet radiation to drive photosynthesis.

Due to their interior structure, red dwarf stars can be more petulant than a solar-type star. A Hubble Space Telescope survey of 215,000 red dwarfs uncovered 100 powerful stellar flares over a seven-day period. Despite their puny mass, red dwarfs can pack a punch.

Titanic stellar flares erupt without warning and blast out lethal doses of ultraviolet radiation. Ocean life may be safe from the UV just a few feet under water, and still extract enough light for photosynthesis.

“Intense stellar flares could lead to plants that develop their own UV-blocking sun-screens, or photosynthesizing microorganisms that can move in response to a sudden flare,” reports O’Malley-James.

Astrobiologist Antigona Segura of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City simulated how a 1985 flare from the nearby red dwarf AD Leonis would have affected a hypothetical Earth-like planet.

Segura found that UV radiation actually split molecules of oxygen to create more ozone than it destroyed. This made a thicker ozone layer in the planetary atmosphere such that the surface experienced no more radiation than is typical on a sunny day on Earth.

O’Malley-James’ team ran simulations where an Earth-like planet either orbits two stars close together or orbits one of two widely separated stars (pictured above).

If the two suns tightly orbited each other the plant life would evolve to harvest the fully panchromatic spectrum of light available. But if the two suns were widely separated, such that they rose and set at different times, plants might evolve exotic energy gathering mechanisms.

One of the more extreme examples I can imagine is a wide binary system where a planet is bathed in continuous light when the stars are at opposition, in other words, on opposite side of the planet. For some period of time the planet would be in constant daylight.

But eventually the stars would be in conjunction — side by side — as they moved along their orbits. This would plunge one hemisphere of the planet into nightfall that would last for some fraction of the planet’s rotation (assuming it is not gravitationally tide-locked, which would bring even bigger problems!).

Vegetation would need to evolve to handle such environmental traumas. Not only would it have to adapt to the planet’s season cycle, but the cycle of stellar oppositions and conjunctions.

These collective studies paint a rich landscape for science fiction authors and sci-fi film artistic directors. We can imagine a “Technicolor planet” with a range of rich colors where plants that have fine-tuned their photosynthesis to the light from two or more stars.

In response to stellar flares plants may become mobile or deploy other types of protective shielding. In response to long nightfall, vegetation may go into extended hibernation.

The complex interplay of starlight might drive evolution into creating hybrid plant-animals, that collect energy through photosynthesis when light is available, but resort to mobility and foraging when things go dark. Or they might evolve to perpetually migrate across the planet to stay under their preferred sun.

An example on Earth is the eastern emerald Elysia (pictured here), a species of green sea slug. It has the uncanny appearance of a crawling leaf because it uses photosynthesis. The slug eats algae but then incorporates the algae’s chloroplasts — fundamental to planet cells — into its cell structure to conduct photosynthesis.

If the imagination goes far enough, you might conceive of a big-jawed plant like the creature from the original 1960 film “Little Shop of Horrors.” When nightfall comes the jungle is full of cries: “Feed me! Feed me!”
